In 2016, Coast EC created their Gospel Apprenticeship Program. Since then, over 20 participants have completed the year-long voluntary GAP Year.

It’s a low-staff capacity leadership pipeline that has produced immense fruit within a small regional church.

It’s helped shape a culture of people growing, serving, and leading more effectively as they look to reach their region with the good news of Jesus.
