You will find here the forms that FIEC requires you to fill in as part of your application for membership. Once you fill the in forms and submit them, we will be in touch about assessment interviews and church visits.
You will also find a copy of the FIEC Constitution - it is important to read that to familiarise yourself with the way FIEC is governed and the role church representatives play in that.
All churches applying for FIEC membership need to fill in this form.
