Director of Membership & Women’s Discipleship

Cooper Plains Evangelical Church is a dynamic, growing church… our mission is to make devoted disciples of Jesus for God’s glory.

As we’ve grown rapidly, the complexity of the ministry has increased exponentially and has shown us the need for intensive leadership development and for the staff team to invest particularly into this space. As such, we would love a woman to join our team to help with our discipleship and development of women leaders in the church and provide valuable input into our staff team from a female perspective so we can best care for every member.

The membership portfolio is also an area that requires greater investment as more people come into our community. It currently sits under the lead pastor (Iggy Wong) but as his role grows, he is unable to invest much energy here and thus needs help.
